Procurement & Delivery
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard equipment: 1 unit minimum. Complete plant packages available with volume discounts. No minimum for replacement parts orders.
What are the lead times?
Standard models: 30–45 working days. Custom specifications: 45–60 working days. Complete plant: 60–90 days. Sea freight: 25–35 days; air freight: 5–7 days.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All equipment carries a 12-month warranty from delivery. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced free of charge. Extended warranty available on request.

Can you help with equipment selection?
Yes. Provide your material type, feed size, desired output, and capacity requirements — our engineers will recommend the optimal equipment model and configuration.
What motor options are available?
Standard motors: 380V/50Hz (China standard). Optional: 440V/60Hz, 220V/60Hz, and other voltages. Explosion-proof motors available for special applications.
Custom Service
Can you customize equipment to my specifications?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services and can customize capacity, motor power, feed opening, discharge size, and other parameters to match your project requirements.
Do you provide complete plant solutions?
Yes. We design and supply complete mineral processing plants from crushing to grinding, including process flow design, equipment selection, installation guidance, and commissioning.
Shipping & Trade
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (30% advance + 70% before shipment), L/C at sight. Established customers may apply for 30-day net terms.
What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
FOB Shanghai/Qingdao, CIF, CFR, and EXW. DDP/DDU available upon negotiation. Default quotation is FOB Shanghai.
How is equipment packaged for shipping?
Heavy-duty export packaging: rust-proof treatment + wooden crate or steel frame fixation. Large equipment in 20'/40' containers. Small items consolidated. Custom packaging available.
What export documents do you provide?
Full set: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, QC report, and equipment test report. Special certificates (SASO, CIQ, etc.) available on request.
How can I track my shipment?
Tracking number and logistics details provided upon dispatch. Sea freight trackable via carrier website; container photos provided before and after loading.
